Seen walking around the compound. She is also mentioned by Uriah and Zeke right before it is Tris Prior's turn to zip line.
Allegiant []
Hana is brought in to see Uriah as he is unplugged at the end of Allegiant, due to an explosion caused by Genetically Damaged rebels. Not much is known about her throughout the series except that she is the mother of Zeke and Uriah.
Four: A Divergent Collection[]
Hana is described by Four as being one of the tamest Dauntless he's ever seen, her faction indicated only by the color of her clothing. Zeke mentions that she has worked in the Control Room.
